I love your post Caroline :rotfl:

    Today I have:
    * waited until I got home to call the Job Centre back as it was not free on my mobile.
    * brought fruit and veg from the market as it is cheap and I was in town anyway to see an agency, so 2 errands, 1 car park fee
    * left home with enough time to part in the free parking spaces and walk to the appt (they were full, but at least I tried)
    * paid the car park then nipped back to a shop rather than go just over the extra hour and have to pay more for my parking (did have to give up on going to a second shop in the 15 mins they give you to get out of the car park :D)
    * been to the pound shop and 99p shop and got some small jars so I can make DH jellies for work, and got a jar of cheap reduced sugar jam
    * got some wheat bran to bulk out porridge
    * got cheap fruit where possible - like bruised bananas to make banana bread or cake of some kind later in the week
    * I also had a brilliant ipsos survey so just need to decide what voucher I want as I hit the threshold again :T
    * I got petrol at Mr M whilst I was getting my dry cleaning, saving me the cost of going back over there before or after Friday's interview (or getting slightly dearer petrol nearer home/interview) and picked up my latest £5 voucher

    - Like Jellie (again!) went to work! :rotfl::rotfl:(but would rather send OH to work alone like Caroline73 - you did make me giggle with that post!!! :D)

    - Complained to British Gas about the fact that they got an appointment wrong for a service and got a lovely lady who dropped my homeserve price to £13.60 a month instead of £17 (I got cashback and a service so have just about covered the costs with these now its the lower monthly price - and insurance is now a bonus!)

    - Used 5p off Tesco petrol coupon and saved £1.35 off a tank of fuel!

But caved in an bought 2 chocolate Thorntons praline eggs - one for me and one for OH (they were 2 for £1!)....but the temptation was too great so whilst he was still at work....I ate both and have hid the wrappers!!!! :o:o:o

    Not much from me...
      Completed surveys on Toluna
      Done a few onepolls
Resisted the urge to go out especially for a bottle of wine after speaking to the csa - saving £5 ish and fuel cost
Looked at musicmagpie again and weighed up against ebay - MM wins so we are looking at films we no longer want later on.
I can't be bothered updating this anymore
