Hi
Havent been quite so good today. I was having a no spend day until my daughter came out of her last ever swimming lesson. She has finished all of her levels and as of today has passed her gold, silver and bronze badges. To celebrate we took her to Mcdonalds.
Not a major overspend. We now have 23 items listed on ebay as well to end next weekend.
Have a good day

Today I've taken DD (aged 3 & half) to the cinema for the first time at £1 per ticket. She was desperate for popcorn and it cost £4.10 for a bag
We only lasted 15 minutes in the film as DD was crying to go home as it was too loud and scary. But I've kept the popcorn bag so if we go again (not likely in the near future!) I can just replenish it with Butterkist bought at the supermarket.
I'd like to be able to make HM popcorn, but it never has the cinema taste.
We tried sainsburys value/basic 'cinema style popcorn' for 98p and it was fab
I took my 4 year old niece to the cinema last week for the first time - she loved it but couldn't understand why we had to watch adverbs or pause it for a break0 -
Not done a lot either today.
cleaned the computer including hoovering inside. Got to keep the powerhouse of the household going strong.
Wrote one dooyoo review.
stocked up on some items in costco cheaper.
let the kids do craft stuff with things we already had in.
Made dinner using up some leftovers and with items from the storecupboard.
done a couple of toluna surveys, and been playing bingo.0 -

Yesterday I managed to:
- list some stuff on ebay, including a few big text books
- signed up with Anglian Water for a nice plumber man to come out and fit some water saving devices FOC :T
- cook some lovely cheap meals so we didn't eat out & I can take for lunches next week
Today I will:
- package the DVD I've sold on Amazon. Only listed it a few days ago, comp prize, £6.66 profit
- enter more comps (on a very small roll at the mo)
- stick more stuff on ebay
- package up anything on ebay that sells today (1 thing so far) and relist the rest
- check spreadsheets (do I really need to say this or is just a given)
- make a list of what I want to take to Spain in big zipped bag thingy & put in the stuff I already have
- price up a board to do jigsaws on
- look for new house phone
- go to Mr A's and buy £10 worth of cleaning stuff so I can get £5 vouchers from supersavvyme
- check (refound) stack of birthday cards and take one round to SIL
That'll do for now. Loving this thread Michelle :TA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Yesterday I.....
- Ordered £10 cinema voucher from Maximiles
- Made 5 apple and berry crumbles for freezer and a white choc bread & butter pudding
- Spent £120 on a hotel break but I did buy a "top secret one" thanks for people on here for stating what hotel it really was, and got £9 in cashback!
- Ordered some mega cheap train tickets on credit card (so got points!)
- Bought £3 worth of lottery tickets dreaming about the MFW that I could be sooner rather than later....but didn't get a single number!
Today.....
- Walked dog to newsagent instead of getting in car
- Will be making another white choc bread and butter pudding for the freezer (as it was so scrummy and really quick to make) and some choc cookies
- Have paid £20 directly to the mortgage as I worked out that its not that long till payday and we can survive on buying less food this month thanks to my M&S vouchers spent on Friday!
Happy Sunday everyone! :j0
