They tried that with me. I refused point blank to accept any conditions. The full offer without conditions followed. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Cost are very rarely awarded in the small claims track (basically only if the judge feels you shouldn't have claimed). If you follow the steps carefully, there would be no chance of you paying the banks court costs. There is a 99.9% chance the bank will settle out of court anyway. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

MoneyClaim online is the last stage in reclaiming charges so you need to read Martin's article and follow the steps and once you need to use MoneyClaim online the link for that website is in Martin's article.

has anyone won with natwest recently?
i have read the success threads and there only appear to be a couple but not recently.
i have just sent mt letter threatening court action for 1200ish without interest or 1400ish with.
getting a bit worried now as noone else seems to have won.
if this goes through i will try with capital one credit cards next.
also i have a closed account with another bank i have no record of account number could i claim here too?
thanks sorry if this is in the wrong place

I had success with Capital One (today in fact) asked for repayment of £220 in charges on 21st January (late payment and overlimit charges) and received a letter off them today offering me £200. I'm going to try Barclaycard next, only gor £120 worth of charges there but every little helps.
With regards to your closed account, you could contact the bank in writing and explain that you haven't got the account number and request a list of charges off them. It's worth a go.0 -

Yes with natwest today sent my first letter 2 weeks ago asking for £3192 without interest and to my shock got a letter back today saying they are giving me back £3192 i can not believe it they havent closed my account ,instead they have explained everything about charges and if i continue to go overdrawn i will be charged and they would give me a basic account were i can not overdraw ,but i am chuffed ,can anyone tell me if i should pay my £1000 overdraft with this money?
good luck

As they will more than likely pay the money into your account it will then pay off your overdraft.0
