    Okay, me again!

I have looked into the statements and found that my account was only changed to an Advantage Gold part way into the period I am claiming for. I have charges like:

Charges account xx xx xx xx £14

I am unsure of the overdraft limit I had but assume I had gone over this. It was a Current Plus Account. Can anyone point me in the right direction for help please,

    Benson

what you have to take into account is that 6 years ago charges were less. So £14 was probably the £28 now!

Yes it is new. It was announced a couple of months ago and clearly it has now been implemented.

  • Can anyone help me with an address or phone number for Natwest icon13.gifso I can get hold of the Hardship forms regardsing the Bank charges case

Natwest icon13.gifhave been fobbing us off now for over a month, sending us to different departments - and they now claim they "don't know of the forms we are refering too"

    I HATE THEM!

    Thanks for reading

  • There is no specific form to fill in. If you have sent a letter to NatWest(see Martin's thread) you can add a line into it and say you wish your case to be treated as a hardship case. Effectively the bank will acknowledge it and send out an income and expenditure sheet for you complete and send back.
    I have the address

    Hi,

I sent a letter to Natwest asking for my statements on a card which was paid off and closed a couple of years ago. I had thrown away all the details on it so I couldn't provide the card number etc.

I have received a letter this morning which says they can't find the details either and if I cannot provide them with the card number, they can't help me.

I have a number of avenues to try before I give up. I seem to remember paying a card through direct banking, who may have saved the details.

    Any advice greatly appreciated.
  • Have you actually made a full subject access request with the £10 fee enclosed. You are probably a step ahead of me. If you have paid it before with direct banking then it is worth asking the bank where the payment was sent for the full details of the payment including the reference number.

  • Hi,
I just wanted to start my claim against natwest, but the link to the letters isn't working. is this just me or is someting wrong.
Has anything changed about what to do since the court case?

    thanks
