Sorry to be a pain and its probably on this board already and you people in the know are sick of answering the same questions by newbies! But since writing my claim i have been charged an extra £170.
As i have recently sent my court letter yesterday giving them 14 days shall i just wait and add this extra amount on to my MCOL (if it goes that far) or shall i just draft another quick letter and send this to them now?
This charging business is a pain - why wont they learn eh! You can, out of courtesy, write to your bank & tell them of the revised changes in charges & attach a new list of charges with it but tell them your timescales still stand, don't forget to send it recorded delivery! You can add it in with your MCOL claim (as you said, if it gets that far)
Don't worry about asking questions that may have been asked before, if someone knows the answer or can point you in the right direction, they will. This site is a goldmine of information, it would take weeks/months to read through it.....but it's great :T thanks to Martin :money:0 -

Thanks - yeah i agree this site is great im addicted and becoming a money saving geek now :rotfl:
Do you think this would be ok if i emailed it to the customer relations address - only cos it means another trip to the PO which i wouldnt be able to do today. Maybe they might hurray my initial claim up or tell me i have an offer so they wont have to pay me the extra and if they did i think i would be likely to forget about the additional charges at this mo in time!LBM - April 2007Claimed back my bank charges from Natwest - £1196Halifax Credit Card Claiming £467.35 Rec £467.35!/Capital One Card Claiming - £523.92/Barclaycard Claiming - £403.58 Rec £403.58/MBNA Claiming - £584.37 Rec£584.37Proud to be dealing with my debtsUpdate: 2009 - Currently claiming £1900 from Natwest0 -

I have just mailed it - i did remember to put my account number on it although i forgot to add a reference number a lady gave me on the phone yesterday! I have a copy saved to my email folder.
I briefly said i wrote on the 20th March requesting a refund of charges and since my letter further charges have been added so please find enclosed a copy of revised charges incorporating additional recent charges. And to note that my timescale still stands and i look forward to receiving a reply within 14 days otherwise i will commence court proceedings.
Hopefully if i mither them enough they may just give in quite soon! haha

Hi All,
Sent my letter about 2-3 weeks ago now and had no response. Is there a number I can call to see what is happening?
Should I send another letter now threatening court action?0 -
