That's the address i've entered too pam. Maybe a letter from the courts will make them break their silence? In a way i hope they ignore it and we get to send the heavies in !!!! Sweet revenge for all the hardship they've imposed on us poor customers.:rotfl: Finances going the RIGHT way at last!!:T

It'd be a hoot sending in the Bailiffs !
Once all this is in the Court system, then they've no choice but to respond to us - and if they don't...... well, they face the consequences :rotfl:

Hi there
I was wondering if anybody could please shed any light on my situation...
I had an account with NatWest that they closed in 2003. It got passed to various debt collection agencies before one of them finally got me CCJ'd on it late last year as I had not paid much of the overdraft off.
I have got my last 6 years' statements (well, 2001-2003) from NatWest no trouble and am intending to claim around £2000, but I was wondering if the fact I have been CCJ'd on this account will hinder the process?
I look forward to your insightful replies; the support on this forum seems to be phenomenal so thank you in advance.0 -
Re- no reply from NATWEST.....
I sent my first letter by recorded mail to my branch and followed up with phone calls etc, anyway no response. BUT i just found out that they have a team in Chatham dealing with all bank refunds. I'm sorry but i've lost the number, but you can get it by dialling the 24 hour number on the natwest website, and ask the operator. they are very helpfull and will give it to you. I did this and found that they had indeed received my first letter and then told me i had to wait 56 days. I have not waited and will now go straight to court.....hope this helps....about natwest anyway.0 -
Hello all,
I recived my statements back within 2 weeks and sent of my letter asking for £4000 without charges.
Nat West never sent my any letter back, so i replyed back saying if you dont give me back MY money then i will be takeing you to court.
Still nothing, so i gave them another 7 days and called them again yesterday, they told me according to FSA regulations they have 8 weeks to give me an offer, is this correct? do they 8 weeks.
Many Thanks0 -
Well I sent my letter to Natwest 2 weeks ago, with the amount I want to claim back, today is the deadline, but have had no response, when I phoned the other day they said it may take upto 6-8 weeks, shall I phone them today? If so what shall I say?? Thanks in advance xx0

Stick to your deadlines and proceed as normal. They're just trying to stall in the hope that you give up.
I actually signed up for moneyclaim 2 days late for Natwest and then received a letter saying they'd settle.
So I cancelled the money claim order, got a refund and then accepted from them. But i was claiming back £1400. They seem to defend the smaller claims for some reason, and pay out on the bigger ones0
