DeeDee,did they email you back yet? i sent my acceptance back last thursday, and it went in my account this morning.I believe that if you took it into your branch,it can take over 5 days for internal mail to reach the right department.
Really do hope you get it soon....keep on at them.Have they decided if they have recieved it yet or not!!0 -
After a bit of a wobbly morning when I thought I might forget about claiming my charges back, I've now committed to DOING IT.
I've done my letter ready to post by registered mail tomorrow, together with a natty little spreadsheet which details my claim for £1184.62 - date, the charge details, amount and interest.
I'll keep you posted!

Cheers

Had you asked for any payment by cheque when you initially claimed you might have had a case but not now. Post in this thread where someone carried on to court complaining about the bank not issuing a cheque and the court turned down the complaint.

That probably depends on if your reclaimed amount covers what you are overdrawn?? Can't see it making any difference to be honest, as when i claimed from HSBC in Jan,i was £450 overdrawn and had a default on my account....they paid me out the full amount within 4 days, and i just paid off what was owed.
Maybe its because you sent it internally instead of posting it?! As some have been telling you they have it,and others saying they haven't!!!0
