A lot of us seem to have had this request from cobbetts ive allready sent them the list of charges (posted recorded ) prior to the letter from them. Ive checked on the Royal Mail website and they have had my letter. So I'm waiting to hear off the Court now.
If there's anythink else to do please can someone advise us.
Thanks V4V :T0 -

The CPR Part 18 request also asks for why the charges were applied, i.e exceeding overdraft, failed D/D. do i need to supply this info? I am aware that it is not on the spreadsheet that i sent to natwest.0 -
The spreadsheet should have a description of each charge.0

The spreadsheet i used on the website only includes for: charge value, date, interest and total.
I have started a new spreadsheet in excel that i will add a description column to.
I quite like looking at what twatwest, sorry natwest have taken off me, it reinforces my willpower to beat the barstools!

I sent Natwest a notice of issue thru moneyclaim and they had until 28 feb to reply. They didn't bother to reply (did not file an admission), so I completed the 'request for judgement' form asking for payment by 09/03. Today I received an 'acknowledgement of service' from Natwest which means they are taking me to court (dated 02/03)! Surely they cannot do this after the 28/02 deadline can they??
Please help - I'm panicking now, thought the money was in the bag............0 -

Hi everyone
At the begining of February I received an offer from Natwest for the full amount claimed on an account I had closed 3 years ago. I sent back the letter to accept their offer which they received on 13th Feb. I still haven't received a cheque from Natwest, I have called them at Borehamwood 4 times now and they keep saying they will send it the next day, but it never arrives. Does anyone know how long it normally takes for them to send a cheque?
Thanks0 -

Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!0 -
Its taken about 6 mths for us to get bank statements from the Natwest, my Mum has a record of all the letters/telephone calls. The cheeky sods cashed her cheque though! They kept saying they had sent them, eventually they arrived last week.
The following charges are listed:
Revisal fee,
Maintenance charge for period,
overdraft arrangement fees,
account charges,
excess borrowing.
Can you claim back all of the above?Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!0
