Natwest owe me £210 in charges, they made me an offer of £156 to settle, should I accept it or send the next letter threatining court?0

It's entirely up to you. Depends how much you are happy with and how fast you want the money. No one else can answer this for you.
If you pursue, it's likely you will get the whole amount.0 -
Hi, i'm a newbie to this. I bank with Natwest and recently suffered yet more charges, HORRIBLE. But this has kicked me into action. Problem is i've hit my first hurdle before i've even started.
Thing is i have two accounts with Natwest, so when i send a letter asking for list of charges, do i - a) send one letter and one £10 and put both accounts on this letter or b) send a letter and £10 for each account separately. Anybody? Please?

One cheque for both accounts will do.0

can anybody advise plse? I had sent my claim to northampton with charges plus interest paid (I know this was wrong) total £2179 (should have been just 1501.00) I added the 8% sec.69 interest totalling 2930.00. / should have been 1501 +517.00 = 2018.(not including statement interest) The court was transferred to Birmingham, and to date I have got to the AQ stage and paid the £100. Cobbetts have now also submitted their AQ.
They did make an goodwill gesture of £1100 with conditions of 'silence' which I rejected and they indicated that they were working on the figure of £1501
Should I send in an amended claim to the court before we get set a date with obviously the interest deducted (even though there are interest charges connected to the overdraft)?
I have requested sight of my contract and also a reply to whether there has been any manual intervention on my account. This has been ignored so I faxed them last week for a response. Still nothing. Is this worth persuing?
Many thanks - love your site - brilliant - definitely send contribution if get money back0 -
I sent the first lette on 22nd November and yesterday I recieved the first two years statements but they cashed the £10 today will I recieve the rest of the sataements or will I need to ask again?
Has this happened to any one else?0 -
You are still well within the 40 day time limit. It is not unusual to receive your statements in seperate batches. You just have to wait for the rest of the statements. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
