Actually, I guess it must be causing fits of laughter to the Housing & Council Tax Office who have now still failed to respond to such a "long winded letter" I sent via email over a week ago, regarding the information they required to actually suggest I was entitled to JSA would of been aware of this, had it of not for the DWP notifying them that the benefits were temporarily suspended for 1 week, not cut off full stop, to which I suggested that they should contact the DWP for this information if they require it, as I am in no way whatsoever wasting money I have not got coming in, to again clear up something which could of been avoided in the first place where all the DWP had to of included in the letter after the line "Claim for Benefits will end as of 31/1/2011" was the additional text "to 8/2/2011". The point being, the Council are led to believe that I am no longer a JSA Claimaint, where proof of income would be required to recalculate my Council Tax Benefit, which is still the same, as I am still a JSA Claimant.

I am losing the will to live and I'm sure sickness rates at your JCP and council must have soared recently.

Sorry was that "Deliciously Dedicated Doubly Diehard MoneySaving Devotee" I see under your profile name?

I suppose that comes from someone in full time employment where money they pay out actually goes towards money I receive.

But yes I suppose sarcasm must be a last line of defense when it comes to money you could have saved allows others like myself to actually respond to your non-biased opinion.

Ain't that ironic from someone with time on their hands to of made 27.000+ posts in under 4 yrs.

I wonder if stores actually know you on first name level terms with the amount of ways you've lived off freebies most of which I could only imagine being done through working hours.

Just stop de-constucting everything - a job is a job is a job. It pays you. You work - you get paid. Quite soon, if you don't work, you'll get nowt!

I suggest that you start re-thinking your strategies - you are not in a position to take over ruling the world just yet - so get off the high moral ground and join we lesser mortals who are buckling under the steam which is being emitted by all the hot air that you are spouting!

Sorry, I failed to mention that this reply was in response to someone pointing out that I failed to answer your initial question, therefore instead of quoting them, I re-quoted your original post, so I can see why this wound you up.)

But to answer your comment anyway


Actually, should we not forget that the "Hot Air" generated would not of been required if people actually kept to my original post, I would not need to make irrelevant diversions, which I enjoy replying to in depth to get nothing more then repetitive irrelevant responses, because they cannot do any better then what the Job Center has done when it comes to answering the real questions at hand.

The fact that I am witty, and sarcastic if need be is irrelevant, it's only sarcastic and irrelevant responses that make me more determined to actually continue argue my case whilst being outnumbered.

As for De-constructing, well forgive me if I am not the only one fighting off mass amounts of negativity, from so many people posting irrelevant comments which require responses to which I have answered, regardless of changing the 1st post in this topic to stop all irrelevant posts from being made. Which just goes to show how much people actually read before they start making accusations. Your probably fed up of clearing your inbox after receiving emails to say responses to a topic you posted in have been made.

Should I suggest you turn this feature off, or if it is, then if your fed up with my will to carry on standing up for myself, then why are you even viewing the post in the first place?

If you want me to back up any claims I have made with regards to CAB or Jobseeking, just ask, I'll gladly post links to where the official documentation can be downloaded

The fact that I have not posted the links, leads me to believe that you are probably unemployed yourself, or have been hard done by, by the DWP yourself in the past (I am probably wrong), but unfortunately due to being screwed over with my benefits and seeing this coming I am more prepared then most (and is only due to the threats or bullyish tactics used ilegally by JC+ or Back to work Companies that have left me feeling that way). Needless to say, if every negative comment I responded or keep responding to until I get an answer to THE ISSUE I HAVE REGARDING MONEY BEING STOPPED, as apart from the few genuine constructive posts that have been made, that if this was a panel of decision makers from the DWP, then if a did not win, I would still take it further.

Some of us have earned the right to spend hours posting on here and would rather spend that time helping someone who actually needs it. We would also rather our taxes went to helping someone who actually deserves help.

Take control of your own destiny and don't wait for others to do things for you.

After 5 years on the dole the poster is beyond what can be described as needing regular help from the social.

I think he should be sectioned and sorted out, he sounds freaked out.
