I think I might pass a link for this thread onto a couple of trucking forums. I'm sure that all those people there who graft their backsides off 60+hrs a week working all kinds of unsocial hours and going out in a 44 tonne truck in weather you daren't even drive your cars in just so you can go to shops with full shelves and get your newspaper and post in the morning would love to know just how much disdain you have for them and how disgusting your attitude is towards them.
Maybe it'll persuade some of them to stick two fingers up and go home instead of doing that extra bit.
Good man. A 10% cut in the traffic would be good, more if you can manage.0 -

I blooming hope not.The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0 -

And be a bit safer, with fewer tired drivers on the road. The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0 -
That'd be a good a good trick - there's only around 450,000 HGVs registered in this country. I believe there's somewhere around 30,000,000 cars....
Seeing as many lorries are three times the length of cars, that's quite a bit of traffic. The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0 -

Then theres the Standard National or International that enables you hire & reward + your own account if necessary.
Thats why i said it depends on the licence you have.( I know there are many types, but only mentioned the 2 i had had dealings with)
Ours have to be be parked up overnight on the companies property.
(we phoned up our local commisioners office in Leeds to clarify this, and was told that was the case.)˙ʇuıɹdllɐɯs ǝɥʇ pɐǝɹ sʎɐʍlɐ
