No such vehicle exists other than mobile cranes which are a different kettle of fish altogether and come under different rules.
Yes and no. The vehicles I were talking about whilst may be confused as 'mobile cranes' are not. They are specific plant equipment, run on red diesel and are driven without the use of tachographs.
Mobile Access Platforms. One company I worked with had Volvo 45t rigids that had 5 axles and in the company I have seen larger. But the licence does state that a rigid has a max length of about 55ft in certain circumstances otherwise it is 39ft?
Either way, they do exist and they are around depending on what the customer requiresOh, thanks for the TNUK mention

Thanks for your interest . Its mostly been quiet as the coach hasnt been there for a while and the has been a family moved out. But the is a builders yard at the bottom of the road now about to be demolished and new sheltered housing erected (subject to planning)so there will be lorries going down but will stop once built where as there was always lorries going down during working hours anyway.Ironicly her son has changed jobs and is now a van owner (although car small sized haha):cool: hard as nails on the internet . wimp in the real world :cool:0
