Have all you guys opened accounts up elsewhere? I didnt but i hoping that they wont turn round in a weeks time and tell me to sling my hook!!! Have banked with them for almost 20 years, maybe i should open another one anyway just in case? what do you all think????

Hiya

As far as im aware they are closing very few accounts, so i wouldn t worry to much, saying that i would open another account just in case ,then if they do close it you have no problems with direct debits etc.

I opened one about three weeks ago havent actualy used it, but if need be then its there ready and waiting

Hi All

Just spoke to Leeds and they said it is 14 WORKING days!!!:eek: Spoke to a lovely lady who said they are trying their best to pay out claims before this time tho. She told me as my claim was received on 6th, the latest I will be paid out is the 26th!! Not happy, I need the money before then!! It's all going Pete Tong !

I asked her about my other claim (8 weeks up on 31 July) and she said as far as she was aware multiple claims were being grouped together. Told her I hadnt received an offer yet so she asked me to wait and went off to check. She came back and said there were alot of notes on my claim and she would have to read up on it and call me back.

_pale_ I'm feeling positively sick with worry now and if I hadnt combusted last night I would definitely be doing it now!!! :mad:

I will post back when I have heard back.
