When the 14 days is up, I would file the court claim. You could call them, but they will most likely stall you again.

Many banks know wait until customers file the claim, to know they're 'serious'. It shouldn't be stressful if you follow the guide on here.

    Thanks . . . . court it is!!

I have my first chance to call the (no) service (poor) quality team - have now been waiting for 6 minutes for a response! Will I be here in 2 hours time?

Had enough after 20 minutes of listening to their cheesy music - I then called 0800 88 11 55 from my mobile and spoke to whoever answered first - funnily enough the 0800 one did (do they have to pay for this). They told me that they have an 8 week deadline from the first letter received to complete cases and make an offer. I even offered to accept payment WITHOUT interest, but she said she was not in a position to do this - I kindly informed her that I would be completing my court paperwork this week - thank you very much - goodbye!!!

    GGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I were you I would send it again signed just to be on the safe side.. it could give them an excuse to slow the process down if they just recieve it without a signature hth
