I rang them and they said they sent it to my other address which is my parents house so I'll so find out if thats crap or not. If I dont get a reply to my second letter within the 14 days should I start my court claim or should I give them a little longer. When I rang they said its taking about 8 weeks to fully sort out. Is this just a stalling tactic?
Its up 2 you .. if you want all your money back and you can afford the time & money to start court proceedings then do!!
I didnt have the money, so i waited, and im expecting a letter to drop in anytime soon (they sent it on wednesday apparantly but its not here  )
They say they have 8 weeks - which they do - but the average time-scale seems to be approx 5 weeks from when they put your letter on their system - which could be up to a week after you actually sent it!!
I just kept ringing and ringing and ringing for more info...
Good luckxx

Oh I Didnt Know That Thanks Hun
Im Going To Email Them Now & Ask Where My Letter Is
The Woman On The Phone Today Was VERY Unhelpful & Basically Said If My Letter Has Been Stolen (Unfortunatley I Live In A Shared House Where People Seem To Steal My Post For Some Unknown Reason  ) Or Lost In The POst The Only Thing They Can Do Is Send A Copy To My Branch, Which Is 20Miles Away From my Work, Closes @ 5 And Doesnt Open Saturdays .. SO ITS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH  They Wind Me Up SO Much
I Cant Wait Till This Is Over x0 -

Yes, wait a bit longer I'm afraid. They have 28 days from the date of service to lodge a defence, if they do you'll get an Allocation Questionnaire to fill out, if they don't you win!!!Lou0
