    Thank-you Lee at Vodafone for getting my unlock code after WEEKS of hair pulling with Vodafone customer services,why can't Vodafone sharpen up their act with customer relations???Thanks again.
  • Unfortunately due to work commitments and being with out a phone. Lee has been unable to speak to me.
    Is there any chance that another Vodafone little helper may take up the mantle and help me as I am off tomorrow!!!

    For the last few weeks I have been trying to request an IPhone 4 unlock, the only message I have received says there is high demand at the moment, but no indication of when my request will be processed. I contacted vodafone by Facebook and also live chat, they took the details and said it would be done as a priority in 48 hours, but surprise surprise this deadline came and went, and still the phone is locked. Seriously how many weeks does this process take? They should not put timescales of usually 48 hours upto 10 days on their website, if they can't actually provide the service within the 10 days. It builds up expectation and then is so frustrating when it doesn't happen :-(

  • Hi Lee, I have not yet had any auto response email through so can't give you a ref number. Can you confirm if you have been able to pick up my message please? Is it usual for the response to take a little while to come through, or do you think I should email again?

  • Hi Lee, I emailed again as thought the first May not have worked. I have now received two automated emails together so I apologise for the duplication. The refs are #6207798 and #6207709
