I am having the same problem with Vodafone,I filled in the online form for the unlock code,waited and waited,got an email about 10 days later saying the email address they had for me was not the same as the one i gave them,could I update my records!!!! So,I used the 'Live chat' on Vodafone's website,chatted with a person on there,took some time,but they updated my email,and said the unlock code would be sent asap,I also updated my details on the My Vodafone account online,had an email today saying that they can't send my unlock code,as my email address does not correspond with theirs!!!!!!So,I rang Vodafone,was on the phone for 40 minutes,the person said they could not change my email details over the phone!!!!!!!The person they needed to speak to at Nucresolutions was not answering the phone!!!!!If the Vodafone rep is on here,could he/she please help me!!! as i am about to lose my mind.The case I.D is:59540450

After being with Vodafone for over 10 years, I have had to end my time with them due to money getting tighter and tighter.
I decided to go with a sim only deal with a different company which sadly Vodafone could not match.
I requested my PAC and a transfer date of 11/02/14. This all happened smoothly with no problems UNTIL I tried my new sim in my iPhone 4S. The phone was obviously locked to vf.
I am a bit disappointed that despite being told my circumstances, none of the guys at vf mentioned that I may have to request a NUC.
I therefore sent a request form through vf NUC team and was told this would take 2 days. 6 days later I am yet to have any NUC sent to me nor do I have any update messages, only the generic automated email which is sent to you when you try and email the NUC team.
As many could appreciate, I am currently without a phone and beginning to get withdrawal symptoms. No calls no text no internet to look at the football results, I feel like I have lost a limb.
If any of the guys from VF can help me I would greatly appreciate it..
