Just to confirm, MS have announced new games bundles - £300 for Premium console plus a game - so it will still work out cheaper to use the GU option...

Does anybody have any experience of logging into their account using the reference emailed but having no order in there? No notification of it being cancelled..
I would ring them and ask but after about 20 attempts all i ever get is 'we're sorry all our advisors are busy at the moment please spend another 20p trying to ring us later'...
It says nothing under 'credit summary' at the moment so i'm guessing they haven't done that side yet.?

Nothing in mine either ddavis.. The confirmation email says allow 48 hours though. I'll check mine again tomorrow morning, it should show something by then if not I'll try and call them.The £2.00 Coin Savers Club = approx £22.00 :rolleyes: :j.. The 20p Savers Club = £17.80.

they said its being checked by the credit department, they will advise me if theres any problem - but it does usually take 48hrs...0 -

you'll probably get a letter advising they need a deposit. Call again later/tomorrow to offer to pay £50. Once cleared you can resubmit your order.ddavis wrote:managed to get through!

All orders/cancellations seem to take 48 hrs to update in 'My Account'0 -
yeah i might do, recently took out a loan so not sure what my credit is like at the moment...
never had any problems with littlewoods or freemans though - they said anything above 500 had to be done again but less would be fine...
