Your little man dose not have man flu!!! There is no thing called man flu!
Your little man is ill, its been proven that colds/Flu affects men a lot more than women!!!
So please be nice to him. Us men do tend to feel unwell a lot more than women. Its in the geans you see..

I hope your little biy feels a bit better soon.

I am nice to him, all the time. He must be ok as he hasn't stopped talking this afternoon. My friend who has looked after us since Mr Cranky died has taken the elf to her house to have dinner. It's very quiet here just now :rotfl:

Camelot Thanks for the mention, I was thinking of you this morning too. Have a dodgy :grouphug: from me and the elf.

He is just like ours lol, When they are not very well they just sit there on the sofa, when they are well they dont stop talling:rotfl:

Its not at our nice when little ones are ill, you dont know how to help them or make it go away. Or if they are quit telling you the truth. Our girls have over the last couple of months started telling us that they dont feel well/im going to be sick. Now there is nothing wrong with them, i know that they are ok they are just trying it on!
The other week we were putting them down one night and twin one told me she was going to be sick, I dont well well, i feel hot, im gong to bw sick. Well i told her that she was ok and would feel better after she had, had a sleep. She would be fine by the moring. You see she was trying it on so she would not have to go to bed.

We had only been down stairs about 5 mins when she started shouting and crying as we were going up the stairs twin two started shouting that twin one had been sick,

    Well that told me:rotfl:

No cards or flowers here either, but we also share our love daily, and are off the the Chinese tonight.

Well, I have tidied up after my visitors, cleaned all the bathrooms, stripped their bed and put it in to wash and hoovered all through. Feel like I have my house back now. Thoroughly enjoyed them being here but they can use all 3 bathrooms at once and there are only 2 of them!!
Had LO Lasagne for tea which was yummy and having a glass of LO wine (shame to waste it). Have to admit that I had a cheeky hour on the sofa earlier - not used to all these late nights!
Just looking up flights to Southampton as it is my brother's 50th mid march. Don't think I can afford to go so close to going to Oz. Still, the surprise will be that I am the only member of the family not there!!

  • Evening All.

Feeling a bit bleurgh. One of my friends is having a hard time, and I am really worried about it, and I found out a wee while ago that someone from work died yesterday. I wasn't close to her, but she was a very nice woman, and we used to be in the same team, I am really shocked and sad about that. God I am awful, its Valentine's Day - sorry!

I've enjoyed the music, Donnygal I love The Carpenters :)

    evening everyone

Lovely posts JackieO, sorry but they both made me cry, but then I am in tears a lot at the moment.

Was late getting up this morning so it was a quick flick around and put the washing over the drier before work. Tea tonight was just me so leftovers from yesterday, when I cooked another chicken dinner as we had OH's DS1, GF and DGD for tea, have enjoyed all the company and cooking for people this weekend. :D

Work today was not good, not going to into too much but just feel there seems to be one rule for everyone else and one for me, think I have been too accomodating and now being taken for granted, am annoyed I didn't fight my corner more, but as I said, am very tearful at the moment and I can't speak up without the tears coming!

OH got me a lovely digital photo frame that you can set to a calendar and just a small pic on it for valentines day, he thought I could put it on my desk at work with lots of pics of my family but as we have a thief who comes into the office it would mean me taking it home every night  so I have it next to my lappy and can see the pics out of the corner of my eye. Was very suprised by his pressie as usually its flowers, I think he feels if I see more pics of my family I might stop being tearful, bless him. I had ordered him a cd but it didn't turn up , but I did do him a pack of silly bits, got the idea of the internet....where else :rotfl:we said no cards, but when I got up this morning there was one waiting for me, grrrrrrr :D was too late to go out and get him one as isn't home tonight.

Hope those who are celebrating are all having a nice meal and a loving evening, and those who arn't celebrating, hope you are having a good evening too xxxx
