ha
Its very easy
Download whatever .exe file you want
Find the file on the hardrive (usually c\documents\user\downloads or similar)
RIGHT CLICK on the file and COPY
Insert USB device
Find the device, RIGHT CLICK and PASTE
The file has been copied onto the usb stick
Take the stick and put into the infected computer
COPY and PASTE the file onto the desktop and install it by double clicking on it:idea:0 -

My dad has just come to me with the exact same thing, I thought he had anti virus but obviously now he's told me he doesn't, neither me or him are very good with computers, so what would my best course of action be?
I had/have anti virus, this one seems to be getting through to loads of peoples machines.0 -
hello.
i just had the WindowsRestoreVirus, which i clicked on and it got on my system. i think i was able to remove it with malwarebytes.
now my problem is that i cannot access the desktop folder. if i go to "my computer", there is no desktop icon.
i still have all my files that were stored on the desktop, and can access these folders by searching for them. but there is no desktop icon under "my computer"
how can i restore it so that all my folders are back on the desktop?
i have windows7 and would appreciate any help.0 -
