 Stacie,I am only claiming £600 and they are taking me through the court process, well, I am awaiting a court date. It seems that they are not selective and are taking as many as they can to court. It will be interesting to see what happens when people start to reach their court dates,we shall have to wait and see:confused: Don't let this put you off though, we dont want then to win by scare tactics. I think victory will be ours if we can stick it out to the end:T :T :T

    Hi, :hello:

Just thought I'd say hello since I've just started to claim back some of my charges from A&L and I think I'll be needing this place quite a bit over the next few weeks/months!

I've been reading with interest about them submitting a defence and taking their customers to court, but I can't figure out if they're now doing this to everyone or those with high claims etc? My claim is only for £1219 before interest, but I have only been with them 3 years...should I expect a letter from Wragge & Co?

    Thanks,
    Stacie

    Yep, I would expect so

How come I have got the A/Q? I mean it usually comes first, you send it back and get the court date, am I right? I got the court date, I'm not complaining as being of on paternity leave I can't afford £100

It depends on your local court as to how they are handling the cases, some courts are dispensing with the AQ, some are still asking for them. I guess it depends how busy each court is.

a&l are really dragging their heels aren't they!? I'm still waiting for their defence... if they turn one in! It'd be so much more sensible for them to settle sooner - i'm getting 50p a day in interest at the moment!
