Hi there ive also received notification of transfer to Liverpool C.Court, about 2weeks ago, will be interesting to see what date you are given, may be the same date, keep me posted.

I sent mine to the Narborough, Leicester address ... it doesn't seem to make any difference in the end.

phoned Liverpool County Court on friday 1st june,they said the court date would be late august due to loads of claiments v banks.so just sit and wait

Thanks for that, you are one step ahead of me then, i havent phined anyone yet, if it is the end of august, i may be away then, will just have to wait and see, will keep you posted,
