Hi guys:hello:
Ok haven't read the thread yet but am really upset and need to vent:mad::mad:Have got Boo 2 quite big pressies for her bday at the end of March, and have told DD what they are, and she seemed ok with it.Today she texted me very early on asking me if i was still getting her a trampoline for her bday, I said "no cos i've got the other stuff", and the trampoline had never even been mentioned before to me.She replied that that was "f*** all", and not to bother, seeing as I got her(DD) "complete tat" for Xmas, and that me and her (DD) shouldn't bother buying for each other any more
:oI am on benefits due to ill health at the mo, and did buy DD lots of Soap and Glory stuff as she asked for as well as jewelllery and a scarf.:o
I haven't replied to the text as am still in shock, but she is so unreasonable and hormonal and demanding as most of you already know
When she was preg with Boo I was working and bought the pram cot etc, but this time I am financially screwed but will help her out as best as I can:(:(
HELP!!!!!!!:(:(:("You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

Just to add that I have 4 children and also had 3 miscarriages. All were earlyish about 8 wks. And they were inbetween the healthy pregancies, it was almost as if I could have one healthy pregnancy then a miscarriage then another healthy pregnancy IFYKWIM.
I was never referred, but maybe its because it was a while ago, my youngest is 14 and after him I was sterilised. My heart goes out to you, it's so difficult.:(
Well off to get tea on, will catch up later J xStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

candy - are you still having boo at all? maybe just save the presents for when she is with you? then take up your dd on her offer on not buying her pressies anymore. come her birthday she'll probably be wondering where her pressie is...."I have learnt that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one""You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.”Maya Angelou0

That ain't hormones Candy it's being an ungrateful [censored]
My first thought is to tell her to jog on but I fear if you do that you'll be penalised by lack of access to Boo
I would perhaps rather calmly point out that you bought items that she specifically requested at Christmas so not sure why she suddenly thinks they are tat and perhaps her suggestion of ceasing to buy presents for each other is a good one.
I know you really miss Boo if you don't see her but OMG you are a saint to put up with an attitude like that. From a grown woman too. She ought to thank her lucky stars she's got a mum like you xxI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knife
