I am trying to reclaim my charges from LLoyds TSB but they are not responding to my letters. They only responded to my first letter where they said they thught the charges were fair but since then i have heard nothing.
Has anyone had any similar experience??

I got as far as posting the Allocation Questionnaire, well, initially when I posted this message, I had taken the AQ to the post office to send by recorded delivery, plus a cheque for £100. I went back down to send the settlement letter back to SCAM by special delivery, and I managed to get the AQ letter and the cheque back because it had not been sent. So, they have settled in full including the fee of £100 for the AQ, but I haven't actually sent that cheque! So, I am £100 up on the deal!!!
