It is hon, but we carry on. as we do, we take the abusive phone calls....I GAVE YOU THIS INFORMATION A YEAR AGO ...rude words....lol all we can do is hope once head office have all the info they want the phone calls will stop....it isn't fair as those who have provided the info and they are asking for it again but nothing I can do, I am just a wheel in the cog and have to take the flak :eek:whoever said laughter was the best medicine has clearly never tasted wine

Sorry to hear about the WM and the dryer - if youve already bought a new washing machine, could you perhaps pick up a dryer from Freecycle or cheaply from Ebay or netmums? It may save you spending out even more - I got my dryer from Net mums for £10....
