Well done Giggles_Fairy, you'll be at 10% before you know it
Marywooyeah: all fruit and veg are free (apart from a couple- sweetcorn springs to mind, not sure about the others)There are a few recipes floating around the thread already I think. Glad you're feeling positive about it all now

Your welcome Marywooyeah
Yes you can swap recipes and as namakemono says all veg are free barr sweetcorn (baby corn is free though) sweet potato, potatoes, parsnips olives the usual ones that were pointed I think on the old plan.
There is a fab butternut squash soup on pp.

I have finally bought a set of digital scales as mine were a house warming present in 1985 - if you weigh yourself 3 or 4 times within a few minutes they give a different weight each time! So I never really used them.
I think I've done OK the last few days, but didn't get to WI on Saturday. Originally was supposed to be away, but ended up looking after Mum instead. Did lots of walking on Friday and yesterday, and am thinking about getting out my 'couch to 5k' podcast to encourage me to run a bit. May need a decent bit of sports undergarment first though!Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

I did start jogging about 2 weeks ago- made it out twice, then injured my foot and that was followed up with a cold. And then I wondered why I would bother running in my precious summer before teacher training so I've stopped
Ah well, the dieting continues which is most important I think!

I wear roughly the same things each week I get weighed - jeans and a tshirt. I probably weigh 2lbs less if I'm nekkid, but think about weighing yourself in winter - clothes on methinks
my friend weighs in with shoes aswell! I take everything off and wear my work clothes- so similar all year round, although some weeks if I could weigh in naked I totally would.
well done on all the losses and good luck for the weigh-ins this week, I've just moved to Saturdays so I feel like I've got two extra days to get some weightloss inIf you aim for the moon if you miss at least you will land among the stars!0 -

Well I appear to have lost 4 lbs this week, woohoo! Hopefully it won't all go back on over the weekend while I'm away... if I don't use any weeklies unti I go, it should be mostly OK...0 -

Just seen a post on another forum I use asking about WW so I gave a nice reply explaining points and saying they're welcome to ask me things and stuff, and found an idiotic answer just saying "The food is horrible and it's a con, just eat less calories and consume less fat. You can eat nutritious food that doesn't taste like plastic and still lose weight." Good to know people think of WW like that! I do agree to some extent (you all know I don't like giving them money), but it's hardly a con!0
