Well I appear to have lost 4 lbs this week, woohoo! Hopefully it won't all go back on over the weekend while I'm away... if I don't use any weeklies unti I go, it should be mostly OK...

You can eat nutritious food that doesn't taste like plastic and still lose weight." Good to know people think of WW like that! I do agree to some extent (you all know I don't like giving them money), but it's hardly a con!
Hmmmm!!! I wonder did they think you only have to eat ww products. I am sure none of us have lost all our weight by just doing that. I know I only have a few of their products.
Well at least we know it works..whatever they sayFootiemad:footie: 2013 - SPC no.1147...Keeep potting!!

Thanks
Maybe they thought it was a Slimfast type thing, who knows. But then again peoples first thought when you say you do weight watchers is probably the overpriced food on the shelves (well that or FatFighters from Little Britain!)0 -
Your welcome
Slimfast yuk...never tried it!!!
Maybe they should do some research before commenting. Little Britain :rotfl::rotfl:Footiemad:footie: 2013 - SPC no.1147...Keeep potting!!

Opinions wanted... Been thinking of setting a list of mini goals (weigh within xx bracket, buy size whatever clothes etc) but not sure whether it will help or not, do any of you have lists like that and does it help? Or do you prefer to just go with the flow and concentrate on the end goal/bigger milestones?0

At the moment I am still trying to get to 5% - that will be 11 pounds lost. I don't yet know what my ultimate goal weight will be.
But personally, I have some clothes that used to fit, so am aiming to get into a certain pair of jeans! Then it will be a particular top etc. It also has the advantage that I get to wear something different.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Sounds like sensible goals to me! I'm not sure of my end weight- I think it might just be once I'm within healthy BMI to be honest.
Also, I'm not sure whether to take some time out for a few weeks at some point and work on maintaining rather than losing for a while, in the hopes that this will mean a more sustainable loss?0 -

At the moment, I'm not denying myself much so think that keeping this up will only benefit me in the long run and lead to me maintaining my weight loss.
Speaking of which, off to WI....will be back later :eek:0 -
At least we'll have good reason to complain!
Yeah I'm not denying myself too much at the moment, just the excesses I shouldn't have been having (we're talking whole packs of supermarket cookies, that kind of thing!)
Good luck at WI, you'll be fine0 -
1st weigh in since I've been back on track and lost 1lb . Not brilliant but at least it's a loss:TGood luck everyone:)0
