Lots of things, kids, XH gone through a stage of just turning up, been teaching my mother to drive and she ended up wanting to go most days, poorly, picking up DS1 at work clashes with all evening ones, loads of excuses really. I just think I would be happier to run into boots and jump on the scales:o and like you say track online, problem is knowing I have put on weight I now have no idea how many points I should be on?? x

If you are on monthly pass, you can use e-source anyway. When you register, you put your weight, height etc. and it works out your points for you anyway.
I do my tracking online, rather than using the little green booklet, as I find that easier than reading the packets. I found I wasn't sticking to it unless I went to meetings. Online is great for recipe's etc.

    good luck whatever you do.

Brocoli, salmon and spinach all contain calcium, I think and if you like cheese, maybe you could incorporate more of that within your allowance? There is usually cheese in the ready meals although if I could avoid the ready meals, i.e if I wasn't so lazy and easily tempted by the wrong things, I would.

When you track online it tells you how many points you should be on. I was on 33 when I started and am now down to 30. Every time I go down a certain amount of weight it reduces my points.

Choose a day which will be your weigh-in day and stick to it. Structure will help by the sounds of it!! Stick to the same time too and that means you won't be too affected by normal daily fluctuations.

    Good luck :D

    Morning folks :D

I'm going out to Toby Carvery tonight and have left my Eat Out guide at home

Can someone please point for me:

    Turkey
    Yorkshire pudding
    Mashed tatties
    Brocolli
    Peas
    Cauliflower cheese

I won't be eating all of this, but they're my favourites so if I have an idea of points hopefully that will help me make the right choices. I plan on refusing a pudding tonight as it's my WI tomorrow :(

I'm going out to Toby Carvery tonight and have left my Eat Out guide at home

Can someone please point for me:

    Turkey - 4
Yorkshire pudding - 9:eek: - it says 'Muffin style' presumably thats a HUGE one
    Mashed tatties 2
    Brocolli 2
    Peas 4
    Cauliflower cheese 1

I won't be eating all of this, but they're my favourites so if I have an idea of points hopefully that will help me make the right choices. I plan on refusing a pudding tonight as it's my WI tomorrow :(

I am guessing these are all per slice for the meat, and per spoonful for the rest.

Stuffing is 4 points, and don't forget gravy is 1 point.

If you really want a pud, then the Raspberry and White Chocolate Pavlova is 12, and so is the Dairy Ice Cream Sundae.

Weighed in and am now back where I was a fortnight ago, this whole fiasco will repeat itself not this weekend but the one after though I think as I'm staying with my friend for her daughter's christening (I'm godmother :D), so I doubt I'll be able to count properly but I'll try my best!

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
Morning! This thread kept me on track last night- reading through stopped me eating the entire box of Oreos and I just had 4:) there are 16 in a pack.

Weigh in tonight, I've done no exercise, eaten all my points and had a burger king on top:( not expecting great results!
