Also - where stocks the oval pizzas? There's none in my tesco, none in my sainsburys... do asda tend to have them? poundland? I really like them and can't find them anywhere
12lbs in 3 weeks, so I need to stick to this, I want my second 7 sticker and my 5%... 2.5lbs would get me that
Well done on your losses
I've gone from 42 to 37 (temporarily up to 38 as I put on this week and was on the edge), and to be honest it hasn't been a problem. As it's just one at a time I barely notice. I have gone from 50g of cereal to 40g though, and my next step will probably be from 100g of dried pasta to 90g (100g was already a massive step down from the mounds of pasta I used to eat!).
You could try Iceland or Heron if there's one in your area for the pizzas- alternatively shopping online might mean you have access to a bigger variety?0 -
I will try Iceland - they are a bit of a walk but I could stock up. I looked online bug couldn't find z local place with them in stock to order from.
Ahhhh yes 100g of pasta for lunch might need to reduce and perhaps less snacks:( but I do so like snacking;)If you aim for the moon if you miss at least you will land among the stars!0 -
I've found a meeting I can go to today for WI, but its no use long term as it is during the day. Struggling to find a night time meeting, but will wait till I get a job as that will affect where I go.
I struggle to do 29 points a day, don't know how I'd manage to eat more!Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Found this list of snacks: (making myself hungry looking at it!)
http://www.goodtoknow.co.uk/diet/galleries/27568/102-low-calorie-snacks/1
They're all under 100 calories so *should* be 3 points or less (also some of them are fruit which is free for us!)0 -
Weekly WI and after 6 weeks of losing gradually had my first stay-the-same week. Heyho.... so thats me half way through my free trial and to date lost 11lbs. Will try to stay positive and focus on next week.
I also bit the bullet and upped every weeks weight by 5lbs on the WW tracker this morning as when I started I had old scales which weighed 5lb lighter than my more accurate digital ones I got. Early saturday morning is not the time to try and deduct 5lb to see if you've lost so I accepted I was even heavier when I started than I thought. So still lost 11lbs but got a longer journey...
Enough rambling - off to feed me and the cat. Happy WIs guys and heres to a fab sunny weekendLight Bulb Moment - 11th Nov 2004 - Debt Free Day - 25th Mar 2011 :j0 -
Hi
I put on a pound this week. Not surprising really as have been at home a lot, and had a few lunches out. I did think I stayed within my dailies though, but suspect its the lack of exercise thats made the difference.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Didn't get to my WI last week, but I know I probably put on at least 1lb. Going away next Saturday so have decided to make my week run from today to next sat instead, in the hope that I can lose that again before I go away. The crop trousers I too kwith me last summer keep falling down today though, so I know I look better than last summer!
Will get back in to it properly then, when I return.0 -
Not been on this thread for a while, am still going to weekly weigh in and have now lost 68.5lb (almost 5 stones!) and am really pleased, it has been going slowly but am happy with losing it slowly(at times!)
Got some of the new banoffee bars this week and they are scrumptious - have had to freeze them like I do with the others to stop eating them so fast! Also quite like the fruit pastilles but the problem is once you have one you have the whole box - and I think we all know what too many weightwatchers sweets cause!Weight Loss - 102lb0 -
Well I have managed to catch up been a little busy this week and just popped on and off. I should have posted that I put 4lb last week boo hoo but hey tomorrows another day and I am focused so even if I dont lose all of the 4, I should lose something. I am tracking/weighing and not nibbling so its not looking bad.
Well done one and all with the weightloss this week, and hope everyone is doing well so far.Footiemad:footie: 2013 - SPC no.1147...Keeep potting!!
