I bought a copy of the takeaway secret cookbook that has recipes for making meals just like takeaway shops and today I made spiced onions like the onion chutney/spiced onions you get in indian takeaways. I was eating it with crispbreads at 1 pro point each rather than popadoms but any ideas for anything with less points that I could munch it with?
The WW oat + wheat (or called something like that) crackers are 1pp for three?0 -
Thanks namakemono, they sound perfect. I will hunt some down and get munching. If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0

My local poundland has them, they seem to have the same things nationwide so definitely worth a look in there0

I don't know what they are on propoints but in the old system plain popadoms, cooked in the microwave not fried, used to be 1/2 point. They were my crisp substituteJan Grocery Challenge £175/£200 :j0 -

How do you all cope when your points go down? I.e. mine have done from 41 to 39 and when I get to my 10% I will be on less... but I spend them all now and can't imagine life without them (it's only been 3 weigh ins and I'm worried already :rotfl:).
Also - where stocks the oval pizzas? There's none in my tesco, none in my sainsburys... do asda tend to have them? poundland? I really like them and can't find them anywhere
12lbs in 3 weeks, so I need to stick to this, I want my second 7 sticker and my 5%... 2.5lbs would get me thatIf you aim for the moon if you miss at least you will land among the stars!0 -
