Hi all some good weight losses this week well done. :D

I stayed the same. I will be helping out at WW tomorrow so may step on the scales there, my WI is on a Monday, been up and down since then, very tired and want to eat loads of carbs and sweet things..not gone mad but all the same!!! Need to watch it. Tomorrow should help whatever to keep me on the right track.

Hi I'm 'new' to ww & to this thread :) I wondered If anybody can tell me where I'm going wrong, I started at our local ww on the 22/6 & weighed 12st 9lbs, week 2 I lost 2lb, wk 3 sts, wk 4 lost 3lb & yesterday sts. I have been using all my points but only a few of my weeklies. I exercise 4 days a week, nothing strenuous but enough to make me out of breath & I walk nearly every day. I am really confused as I am finding my clothes are looser but Its not showing on the scales :( I don't think I am building muscles as Its only been 3 weeks I've been exercising. I know I should be happy to find my clothes are slightly looser but Its also strange not to see a differance on the scales :o
    Thank you for reading x

Well....Had to help out at fat club today and had WI too and since staying the same on Monday I have lost 2lbs. :D Marvellous..just need to stay focused for proper WI monday taking into account I weigh in the evening and not lunch time as today. 17lbs to go to goal. I have set myself a target of 8lbs by 9th Sept for a netball trip and then see what happens for my jollies at the end of Sept.;)

    Hi Yorksbabe

I love the new pp plan. Are you going to classes or using esource? If you look on line there should be lots of menus or recipes to help there. Have you got any of the tools, the calc is great to help you out. I have a few old WW mags with weekly plans if you want a couple to give you some ideas..just let me know.

If you go to class your week also gives some great recipes too.
I am sure others will be along to pass on their good advice and encouragement. Keep going you can do it. ;)

Well done on your weightloss so far vendee. Are you writing down what you eat and weighing and measuring? Just a thought. Also if you are doing more exercise than normal it may be an idea to have a few more of your weekly points.

Are you going a long time between meals this can sometimes hinder your weightloss. You are losing lots of inches so thats a plus too. Dont give up just keep tracking and weighing and measuring and you will do fine,

Another thought are you eating a lot of carbs this can affect your weightloss too. Hope I have been of some help. I am sure others will be along later to give you some worthwhile tips too. ;)

I'm relatively new to it myself, but I think it is normal to fluctuate a bit. Even so, you've still lost 5 lb so far, so its still good. You are probably toning up, which is why your clothes are looser.
Do you stay for the class, or do you just whizz in and get weighed. It may be worth speaking to others and see how they progressed, or ask the leader.

On another matter entirely, I borrowed a friends 'Eat Out' book, and my meal after WI on Tuesday was a whopping 32 pp:eek:
Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0
