  • 1.5lb loss this week. Very happy with that, as had two lunches out. So that's 3 silver 7's now, and only 1lb to lose to my 10%:j

Me and my friend accidentally 'fell' into Frankie and Bennys tonight. Had a starter and a main, so unless someone can help me point it properly I'm just going to wipe off todays remaining points and my remaining weeklies!!! Ooops, we'll just suffer together and get back on track now :p

ooooh I am loving this thread! I lost 10lbs in my first week (including using ALL my points and weeklies) and then I was delayed and so couldn't weigh in tonight - so I have to weigh in tomorrow morning.

do you guys think a morning weigh in instead of an evening one will make much difference? I don't want to weigh in light by 'luck' of changing weigh in...

Also - the ww chocolate bars (the ones like mars bars) are amazing from the freezer :T

weigh yourself at the same time you'd normally be weighed. my weight fluctuates by a few pounds over the course of the day.
