Weigh in tonight. Didn't get there last week, but I know that I will have put on last week ( birthday, 4 meals out! Gave up counting eventually:rotfl:) However this week I have been very good to make up for it, so am hoping to have at least stayed the same as my two week ago weight. Then 5 weigh ins to my holiday and if I can lose 4.5 lb in that time I'll get to my 10% weight loss before I go:T Here's hoping...

Can I join too?! Been doing WW online for 6 weeks (got it free with quidco) but think I'm going to stick with it!

I'm 5ft5 and weigh just over 11 stone, but this is after 6 weeks and I weighed myself yesterday and I've finally lost half a stone in total :j

Finally getting some time to do WW as got a 7mth old baby, but she was quite poorly for first 5 months so didn't get a chance to diet or get out and about with her. Just stayed in holding her and eating too many chocolate digestives!

Would love to get down to 9 stone but will aim for 10 to start with and just get back into my pre pregnancy wardrobe properly.
:j Is MSE saving me money, or making me spend more on all the bargains?!:j

  • Hi all,
As you know I've decided to start WW online with my mate. We decided to make Wednesday our WI day and, although we only started on sat, I DID WI this morning and found I lost 5pounds!:j:eek: How excited am I? Will have to see how she's done in a minute, but was so excited wanted to share it on here :D

I haven't been hungry or feeling like I'm missing out. TBH I'm actually finding it strange that I DON'T want more snacks. Averaging a banana, some blueberries and strawberries each, sometimes an apple to mix it up. With stir-fry for lunch or dinner, I'm defo getting my 5 a day and I feel great for it!

Am hoping this week will be even better.

Well done everyone else with their losses!

Morning all and welcome to all the new folk :D

I have my WI tonight and I hope I've managed to do ok. I was out for dinner twice last week - on Thursday I used a whopping 54 points  when my daily allowance is 32 but I guess that's what the weeklies are for. Other than that I've been doing well although I've not used my full allowance for the last few days, just because I've not fancied eating big meals due to healthy snacking. I know I have to eat different things too though and am getting sick of chicken :rotfl: I'm going to look round the WW site in more detail this weekend and check out some nice recipes and point up some things I used to cook a lot.

Well done everyone on your losses :)

F-F I'm gonna have a scope around on the os board I'm sure there are some WW meals (and MSE) Also what do ppl feel about posting some of their lunch ideas & meals?

I had a sneaky WI today as had to have sedation & they weighed me & by some miracle I was 1lb light - which I can't actually see as being possible after the weekend festivities! Will see what happens on Friday...

I'm thinking of cancelling the membership & just stick to the plan myself with the support of this thread? I've got loads of recipes, a calculator & the knowledge - not sure why I'm still paying £20pm... need to think about it...

I would really like that :D

For lunch for the last three days I've had 40g pasta (what a sad wee amount that is!) with some of the WW zero point pasta sauce, although I added peppers when I made it to give it some more yum-factor. I've not felt myself hungry either, and before WW that would have been a tiny lunch.

I can post my recipes for slow-cooker chilli and bolognaise later if anyone wants them? I've pointed them at 4-5 points per portion (+ pasta/rice obviously) which is pretty good and they're yummy too! Would be good to get a second opinion about my pointing of them as well!
