Well that's week 8 of my 3 free months done, I lost 2 and 1/2 lb this week, so have now lost 18 lbs...
I ate ALL of my weekly points and 6 out of 6 of my activity points too. Well pleased with my result after last week's 1/2 lb loss.
I'm down to 34 pp a day now as I've gone into a new stone bracket.Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

I am going to join WW tonight. I'm a bit apprehensive. My mum joined last month and said she paid £12.95 for a monthly pass. This seems like a good deal so hopefully I get that.0

Just finished my 1st week , lost 2 lbs but was hoping for more.
But i did have a double cheese burger and a chicken mayo and a mcflurry one day
oops
and i gave myself a hazelnut baileys lastnight as a treat
i think i'll be far stricter with myself this week or it will be years before i reach my goal of 90lbs x0 -
Well done!0

Well today is day 7 of my ww online plan.
havent weighed myself yet will do it tonight.
Only question is should i be using my weekly points on top of my daily points as i havent as yet?0 -
Hi
Can I join please? I am going to be attending my first WW meeting tomorrow night and don't really know what to expect. I have got my free joining voucher (very MSE ) Could anyone give me a bit of advice?
I haven't got masses of weight to shift as I am 10st 11ish (last time I checked...a couple of weeks or so ago) and I'm 5ft 5". It is time to address my rubbish eating habbits, I exercise regularly and I'm not losing anything, I know muscle weighs more than fat etc but my muscle is certaily hidden under a layer of flab.
Thanks
EJ

i have had my weigh in tonight and have lost.........................................3lbs!:p:beer:
Not a bad start i think since i have only been doing ww online since tuesday.
How is everyone else getting on?0 -
Well done on all the losses, and good for you to the people who have just joined up...
YES eat the weeklies, eat them from the start, because
1/ your body needs a minimum amount of fuel to repair itself etc so will go into stravation mode if you don't eat enough
2/ you'll need them when the weight loss adds up to losing daily points
3/ they're great for using for treats, nights out, something specialMember of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19
