I'm not an expert but did notice this one while surfing. £30 off for next two days!
That is the one I've had my eye on for some time now as he also sells them on Ebay, so I'm pleased to see the £30 off, thanks! :j“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
I too have the Kenwood slicer - it's fantastic, but I agree that the cleaning is a pain.Mortgage Free as of 03/07/2017 :beer:0

Hi owens,
I have that slicer too and it's great for meat and cheese as well. I've added your post to the recent thread on slicers as it helps to keep all the replies together.

Just after replying to this I went to use mine and I have lost the thing that you push the food along with
I can't find it anywhere and being clumsy I need one, wonder if Kenwood still do the spares for them before I loose part/all of my fingers
One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
So I now see what all the fuss was about with the Panny breadmaker. Got one last night for my birthday (which is today) and I've already made two loaves (and the first one was devoured by 3 of us in record time). Amazing bread!
I'm already struggling with cutting the bread - the slices are just too thick. I've done some investigating and I think I should buy one of the above two items for making life easier (once I have sold more of my chickens eggs and saved up for one of course). I'm more inclined to go with the kenwood...but wondered if anyone had one and had any issues?
The lakeland bread slicer looks good, but just too fiddly....or can anyone convince me otherwise.0
