Hope you don't get fobbed off in A&E x
he got it after having a bug back in september. dr said it was just a temporary intolerance and we've been waiting for a referrel since oct/nov. this is the first time he been sick because of that but then i'm not convinced its down to that
alan is coming home about 3.30/4 so going to see how he is then"I have learnt that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one""You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.”Maya Angelou0 -
LouLou2010, have you got a Walk-In centre near you? I would take DS in there if I were you, despite what the Dr has said.
Spent yesterday spring-ish cleaning our bedroom - Dysoned the dust bunnies from all the gaps between the floor boards, under the bed & wardrobes and off the wardrobe tops, dusted off the light fittings, wiped the skirtings, put the nets into a GloWhite wash, shook & beat the rugs outside in a gale (& got covered in dust!), cleaned the windows & frames & cills, beeswax-polished the dressing table & wardrobes, changed the bedding, dysoned out the wardrobe interiors & put everything back tidy and then cleaned the bathroom before relaxing into a hot bath
Hope all have a good day - happy birthday JackieO0 -

Afternoon all,
JackieO I hope you are having a wonderful birthday and are thoroughly spoiled, you deserve it:D:D
Work was OK today, very tired this afternoon though, and had to go for a siesta earlier, DS1 is being awkward and bugging the life out of me and he's only been home 15 minutes, I don't know what's wrong with him, and TBH I don't think he does either,I think its his hormones
Dinner tonight is HM pizza for the boys againI have still to get shopping, and we are running out of options for things everyone will eat, DH is back on nights tonight, so I will have leftovers out of the freezer and some of yesterday's apple crumble for dessert for us all. I will do the supermarket tomorrow after work.
Julie sorry to hear your friends is struggling so badly, it might be worth suggesting counselling to her, have a look online and see if there are any specialist women's counselling services nearby. Relate can also see her on her own, and may be worth a try too.
Lou, give that boy a big hug from me, I keep meaning to ask you if you are avoiding eggs, as those can also cause severe reactions.
Toodle pip everyone, just one last song from me to celebrate Diva's life, even though she's gone, and its a terrible waste and too soon for anyone, she touched a lot of lives when she was here, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=REElUors1pQ&feature=related I still miss her sign off, love light and sparkles every morning, it was such a lovely way to start the day. It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0 -
Hello chums thank you all for your kind wishes.I have been thoroughly spoilt by my two DDs and DGC and can't believe how lucky I am to have so many folk both on here and in my life that have thought of me today.eldest Dd has got us a couple of seats for Phantom in April and a snazzy reseraunt for lunch beforehand .Bless her plus lots of other bits and pieces.Youngest Dd arrived this morning laden with things from the children and her and OH .I am very lucky to have such a kind pair of ladies for DDs.My big brother phoned me from his home in France and I think the postman must have got a hernia carry the cards (no really)
I have just got home from having lunch with youngest DD as I have to go to a lecture at Uni tonight or I would have been to dinner at her house tonight. But I don't mind as she is shortly going to pop in qwith the boys on the way home from school.I am having a lovely day so far and fingers crossed tonight my tutor will tell me if my essay is o.k. for sending off to Canterbury for marking.
Well I think that's the boys as my bell is ringing madly so I'll sign off for now .Once again thank everyone for all your good wishes
love to you all

Have never posted on here before even though I read it every day.
Rest in peace Diva -will be thinking of your family.
Have been up early today and did loads of cleaning. Washed the inside of all my windows ( with stardrops) and washed 2 pairs of net curtains which are drying on the airer. Listed loads on ebay to try and make some cash.
Have made an inventary of the contents of all my cupboards and 2 freezers and probably just need to buy milk in the next few weeks. Grow all our veg and fruit.
Off to pop a casserole in the oven and put on a pan of broth. OH chopping the veg he just dug up from the garden. if I am lucky he might peel the potatoes too. tata0
