Thinking of you and your family MSD , it certainly puts things into perspective when there is a loss.

Very windy here today, as has been for last few days, had sons duvet blowing in the wind yesterday after he had a nosebleed in the night.
Am waiting for a delivery today so am going to try and potter round doind a few bits, my neice and her daughter are coming to visit this afternoon as we are going to her sons afternoon assembly at school and his nanny cant go due to work so he has asked me as I am as he says his favourite cake lady.;)Then they are stopping for tea which today is shepherds pie as he will only eat it when I make it for some reason, so am going to make a couple of smaller ones for her to pop in the freezer for home. Then he wants to make oreo milkshakes .
    Hugs for all xx

    Happy Birthday JackieO:bdaycake:

    morning everyone

    RIP MSD

happy birthday jackieo _party_ have a lovely day whatever you decide to do

off to the drs with ds in a bit. yet another bad night. he starting vomiting again during the night so two lots of bedding and several towels later... he hadnt eaten anything before bed (he fell asleep) and had only water to drink. in fact he's barely eaten anything! his temperature is still going up everytime the medicine wears off and he is just lying around. his cold doesnt seem too bad now.. still got a chesty cough but its not bothering him too much. wish i could stop it for the poor thing. we're on day 6 of this now :( i know the dr will 'its just a virus' or something ridiculous like that.

i really think his digestive system isnt what it should be. he had severe reflux as a baby. he would projectile vomit like nothing on earth. he had different medicines for it but because he was happy and healthy looking they paedtrician discharged him. he gained weight but he fed constantly! and now he's got this again. :(

to make things worse me and alan had a falling out. he's been really irritable and stressy these past few days. yet he's not the one getting up in the night. he sleeps all night and half the day. things kind of came to a head last night when i lost my rag with him. ds woke up crying and calling me. so alan told me to go and see to him. i know the second i see to him he will ask for daddy but he ignores that! dont know whats got into him as he's not normally like this :( ended up giving him ds and taking myself for a walk :o he went to work this morning without talking to me :(

anyway enough of my moaning. oswise no idea. i'm so tired i could cry :o

Maybe you could post a PM to MSD's DP/DH with a link to the threads, so he can see how highly she was regarded by us all.

I don't often post on the daily despite reading the thread every day but I wanted to pay my respects to Diva. :(

My DS was like this and like you we were fobbed off because he was gaining weight (I'm not surprised because he ate every 2 hours and was constantly hungry), we were given medication and stuff to thicken his bottle but nothing worked. We eventually found out he was allergic to milk, once that was cut from his diet the vomiting stopped.

Not much OS here today but I'm waiting for a delivery so I'll just potter about until it arrives.
