He is probably just letting you know that he is there or maybe he was thinking that you needed a rest :-)

((hugs)) to iwsm. I can't imagine the sense of loss you must be having now. Take care of yourself!

hulagirl...that's infuriating. I looked at the NHS's "how to find your midwife" page yesterday and there were tons and tons of negative comments, with only a half dozen or so positive ones. Eek. DH is hoping that it's just because people are more likely to complain that praise. :worried: Glad they got there in the end for you.

I too, have been debating about telling bosses as there are some situations which I should probably avoid for the first bit. I work as a nanny for two amazing three year olds, but picking them up = probably not such a good plan, at least not yet. However, it's more than a working relationship, but a friendship as well, and I'm not sure I could stand the pressure of everyone knowing. Hoping that any forthcoming moodiness or my sudden sensitivity to smells (eww) doesn't give me away yet.

Sequeena...that amazing! Tell him to hold on tight! :)

Yay, finally some more fatigue. I am exhausted :( Boohoo.

I keep telling people - told a random lady at the supermarket today :( My stomach is quite swollen already and very very hard. Im getting more and more convinced there is more than 1 of them in there....i hope not or else il have to go through the faff of returning my bloody travel system! Guess we'll find out in 2 weeks.

Hope everyone is feeling okay. I have gotten over my fear of something going wrong - what will be will be and there isnt anything I can do to change what the outcome is. Its sort of liberating feeling like that.

I'm off to watch some football this evening, won't that be fun. NOT. £25 to watch a team (I dont support) loose really badly. Oh the joys.

Oh dear.. if you don't want it eating keep it under lock and key.. nailing things down won't work, I eat nails too! I CANNOT be full.. I feel really queasy and don't fancy anything to eat but the second I even think about food I have to have some.. I'm going to explode!!!!!!!!!!

I permanently feel like I have really low blood sugar, you know that slightly shaky and a bit light headed sicky feeling.. does that make any sense to anyone?

My clothes don't fit so I am , other than my couple of pair of leggings and my 1 pair of chav pants, in maternity gear already! I packed it all away about a month ago! :(

I am depressed today.. must be due to it being sunny :p

I have told people.. I am therefore supposed to miscarry... I don't want to.. but I don't much want a baby either... I want my baby to be the baby a bit longer... and this is the last one... how incredibly sad is that?

see.. depressed.. I'll be better tomorrow.. I'm just being a freak.. :p

  • Hi, finally got my Bounty pack today. Have they stopped doing Emma's diary's? I have a Bounty book, but it's boring! I loved following a real person! Guess I'll have to keep reading about you lot!
Still no scan date :( 9 weeks tomorrow!
Still waiting for close family to visit so we can tell them, inlaws cancelled this weeks visit so have to wait longer :(
OH says I should ring close family now, as by the time I'll see them it could be over 12 weeks. I'd prefer to do it face to face, it's big, good news!! Ones I know I'm definately not going to see, I don't mind ringing.
Grrr! I get so wound up with decisions! Need a glass of wine!!!
Looking forward to Primark next week, got myself a great pair of jeans with a soft jogging bottom style waist last time, as I was TTC. bargain maternity wear, I think they were £12. Bit baggy on the leg, but not horrible!
Going to get some wireless bras & BIG pants!

i love ebay for maternity bits.

i got a next demin mini skirt for 99p, some white cropped linen trousers for 99p, a pair of next jeans 99p and a pair of dp maternity jeans 99p. i think the postage ranged from £2 to about £2.50.

i figured if they don't fit then i can simply put them back on ebay. the demin skirt is fab, bit big, but really nice, the linens are great, can't wait till it gets warmer.
