Sorry if it seemed like I was being a bit of a b*tch Rups, just trying to help you chick. Like Kitten says we are all scared and it doesn't go away but you have to find ways to refocus and try to enjoy the pregnancy.

My OH tells me off all the time, I got in a tizz with everything, and my baby that I lost I had cramps on his due date so he told me off then too cos he says I'm stressing myself out.

Cramps are normal hun because its everything stretching out and moving up. My midwife said the only time to worry about tummy pains was when they had me doubled over. It really is probably just your uterus stretching hun x

Abis - I am so so sorry to hear your news (((hugs))) xx

Rups - glad your scan went well and you got to see a lovely heartbeat xx

AFM - I could really eat a 'Pot Poodle' now! Starting to get my appetite back a little bit. Have been wanting burgers for the last few days so that makes me think it might be boys as my mother craved meat when she was pregnant with my brother! All she wanted with me was chips :rotfl:

I have my 12 week scan tomorrow. Im so nervous :o Absolutely dreading it. Isnt until 2pm so will be a long night and morning. Im just hoping and praying we will get to see our babies wriggling and waving and very strong heartbeats.

As far as Im aware I am 12wk4days but no doubt they will let me know for sure tomorrow

OK, as far as I know, it's detecting the heartbeat that's significant, not necessarily how far along you are. When I had a 7 week scan I was told that because they could see the heartbeat, my risk of miscarrying was down to 1 - 3%.

I think that you should put yourself in the 97% category (of having a successful pregnancy), even though the example relates to an 8 week scan. You're never going to relax throughout this entire pregnancy so this is my second piece of advice....

... STAY AWAY FROM GOOGLE, YOU NAUGHTY GIRL! :rotfl:
