Gosh, I was reading through to say I am so sorry to abis, and then have read it has happened to cleo too

So very very sorry girls, it has brought tears to my eyes, I don't think anyone can appreciate it until it happens to them (that is meant nicely, no slight to anyone else, but I know I understand more now)

I wish you both back soon and can get your forever babies xxx

I have my scan at 2pm and am so so scared. I have heard so many awful things lately and Im trying not to get myself worked up about it but its so hard. It makes you realise how easily this could all be over

Been lurking for a few weeks as too scared to post in case I jinx it - all in my head I know!
I'm so sorry Abis and Cleofish to read your stories - sending big big hugs to you both.
I had an early scan this morning as I've been spotting since last weekend (2nd pregnancy, 1st ended in mmc last Nov). She could see the sac and fetal pole and thinks she could see a hb but couldn't be certain so I've another 2 week wait before a rescan which should be definitive as by then I'll be 8 weeks.
With what happened last year I am terrified and feel as though I'm in some kind of awful limbo. At the same time I know full well that there is nothing I can do and whatever will be, will be.
