Yea I got that for a few middle weeks of the 1st trim. I tried to eat something every 1-2 hours. Be it a biscuit or 2 and then half an apple and hour or 2 later etc etc. But i've not been eating proper meals so just eating to survive lol. Had horrendous indigestion last night I was sat in bed and wanted to cry I was so uncomfortable. Had 2 rennie and it didn't touch it so then had a glass of milk which oddly enough did lol.0

ah poor thing. *hug*. i started crying a little yesterday as the area under my boobs was hurting due to my tight bra. managed to find a mothercare in london, so will go soon as i need new bras for sure.
have to remember milk for indigestion. and didnt know we are allowed rennie tooi keep having the ibs pain and i am getting annoyed but am going to try and calm down and see if my tescos near work have some peppermint tea.i wish i could survive on an apple every hour or something little, but my urge is to eat till i am full, so ai m getting quite annoyed. at this rate, i will gain weight and i am not even at the gym.

Ye I'm getting IBS Stuff on and off but it's not bad. So i'm putting it down to everything just moving with the growth going on. My real bad thing at moment tbh is a stabbing pain in my right buttock when I stand up or bend over!!!!! Makes me yelp.
Ye rennie and also if nowt helps heartburn etc then dr can give you the gp's equivalent to gaviscon. Its stronget but without the aniseed taste. Good lord that helped lots!
Ah my sickness won't let me eat til im full. If I get anywhere near full I will feel sick.0 -
i feel for you.i said to hubby yest that even though i have the constant nausea i am glad that i am not chuking stuff out as that would really annoy me. i hate having to gag at things and just go off some food. weird that i get so hungry but when it comes to food, i can eat rubbish like chips to keep me full.
going to heat up my lunch in a minute as my bellys rumbling at work. keep having some weird dreams too.

I think there's a Savers in Lewisham, there's definitely one in Catford.
I'm using the Sainsburys mum+bump ones - they've got everything you need in them, are about £3 a pack and ALWAYS on 3for2. I prefer those to most of the others as I'm mildly lactose intolerant and they have calcium in them.
I felt sick earlier because I was hungry. I then ate and felt even sicker. Bleaugh. I'm just 'off' food at the moment, I usually like really boldly flavoured foods but I'm mainly eating bland nursery food instead.
RebekahR, stabbing pain in your bum might be sciatica - keep an eye on it. I have it anyway, but it can get worse with pregnancy - both because the pressures on your back changes, and because your ligaments get looser and less supportive.
Shell_girl, hi, welcome and congratulationsYou may want to ring your GP before making an appointment, as in some areas you can self refer. Still, there's no WRONG way of going about it.

Oh yes it feels very much like Sciatica. What can they do about it? I've had it since about week 9 now.0

Generally, not a great deal - there are exercises you can do. In pregnancy, they can refer you to a specialist and you could get some extra help, as well as a belly band, things like that. I got referred to a physio for mine and it hasn't really helped (although i've been quite rubbish at doing them).0
