Thankyou Pistachio, i am finding it hard, i feeling sick on a morning and then it's not too bad. Then in the afternoon, it comes back really bad and stays there until i go to sleep. There has been a few points when i have come close to been sick. Am finding it hard to deal with and also the tiredness has kicked in now, been feeling tired since this morning.
Food doesn't seem to help, it stops for maybe ten minutes and then comes back again. I tried plain pasta and that didn't help.Married 09/09/090 -

Sorry moneysaver you are not feeling well.
I am really suffering with tiredness. I was hoping to sleep in this morning, but then couldn't sleep from 7.30. Go up an hour later, had usual breakfast and was still hungry. Had to have another helping! And that worn me out and I was tired again. Had to go to post office and shopping, so didn't make to bed. I am now on the sofa, with my feet up, and too tired/lazy to go upstairs to bed.
Was having pains in the lower tummy most of the day again, and some of them were quite worrying. I'm getting worried that something might go wrong and I might be losing one twin or even both. There is o bleeding, just the pains, but I can't always resist googling vanishing twin, or any other clues. I have another scan in two weeks, and can't wait for this. OH can't come that day, so I asked my friend to come with me. In case something is not eel, I might not be up for being alone.
I just realised that my ear is hurting! And I have a weird pain in my heel for the last 2 weeks, that I forgot to mention to GP when I saw him (too excited).Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Hi, so, just done 2 home tests.... what happens next??? Ive got an appt with my GP tomorrow.....:j do u think i should do a digital test?? Been TTC for 2 years now so just cant actually believe Im pregnant!!!0

Only do a digi if you want to, there is no need it's extremely unlikely to give you a different result, but if your cycles have been in any way unusual it might put your mind at ease seeing the 2-3 weeks/3+ weeks etc.
Your GP is unlikely to test you again, most take your word for it. They'll refer you to the midwife for a booking in appointment (usually done between week 7 and 10 of the pregnancy), and if you have any existing conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure, recurrent miscarriage for example) he'll refer you to an obstetrician. He might do your bloods and a urine sample but most just leave this for the midwife (I'm considered high risk and haven't had bloods yet at 8 weeks as my booking in isn't until tomorrow, despite 2 GP appointments and 2 hospital ones!). Other than that the first few weeks are extremely quiet and a bit surprising after the focus of TTC, suddenly you did it and yet there's nothing to do!0 -

Sorry you are feeling worried about everything. I can totally understand why tho'. No idea if it is at all reassuring, but tummy pains are totally normal especially in the early days. I had fairly sharp twinges from right at the beginning as the little bean dug in deep, and then as the uterus started to change, and i had a couple of instances of total panic when the pains felt as string as a bad period for me. Being as you have 2 beans, it makes sense for the implantation pains (which last for weeks!) to be more for you, as well as the growing pains. I'll keep my fingers and toes crossed that your pains are for the same wonderful reasons..Married 13/03/10 #1 DD born 13/01/12!!

Thanks Kira, have sent the husband to get a digital test just to make sure!! Its soooo scary!!! I dont feel pregnant but I think i should be 6+2. Feeling more thirsty and a little more tired, espcially in the afternoons (most of the time I think im being a little psychological with my feelings), dont feel sick but dry retch (sorry) quite a bit. Exciting stuff!! :j0

Thanks, Kira. I know it is normal to have pains and aches, but it doesn't make me any less worried. And I amso tired all the time. Got up this morning just as OH was saying the breakfast is ready (first time in months he made it). Had my breakfast, sat on the sofa watching recorded Big Bang Theory, and couldn't keep my eyes open. Resorted to bet at half 11. Got up at 1, managed to get OH to join in a bit of paper sorting in the study, so I can reach my desk again and work from home occasionally. Now sat downstairs, the bed looks so inviting again.
We are making duck for dinner tonight - can't wait, I love duck. Will probably be plenty of leftovers for the rest of the week for me as well, as I just have no energy to cook after work. Besides, I am on a training course this week, so probably won't be home till 7, when I am dead asleep at 8!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0
