I've done so much baking in the past few days, I'm going through a tray of chocolate topped flapjacks, at the moment. Not as bad as my OH though, he ate a whole chocolate cake in 3 days  It was huge, had 4 eggs in!

I could eat pizza every day!!! I have now mastered lovely HM pizzas with thin crispy bases like you get at pizza express.....sooooo good!!! Just wish I could learn how to make the spicy beef you get on takeaway/restaurant pizzas!

I have 3 dates! I worked out 30th April, from my early scan they said 2nd May so near enough the same time but when I had my midwife appointment she refused to acknowledge the fact that my cycle is longer than average so got 24th April so its officially that at the minute.....I full expect it to be put back to the very end april/beginning of May at the scan!!

I ate a huge salad for lunch while the boys in the office had huge yummy looking sandwiches with chips!!! I HATE boys!! Especially as they never even offered me a chip, although I could have had my own portion but I decided to be good!!! HM fish chips and mushy peas with loads of ketchup for tea tonight. The fish and chips will be oven baked so nice and healthy, would rather have the chippy version but atleast I won't feel as sick after the healthy version!!!

That's meant to say NO pizza for me :( ha. May go to Pizza Express tomorrow, I'm drooling at the thought.

I wish we had pizza express near here :( the nearest one is over 40 miles away. We don't have any of the decent chain restaurants here, its rubbish! I'm also a big nando's fan but again, nearest is miles away. We do have pizza hut but it's not my favourite.

That's exactly why I don't bake. I wouldn't be able to stop myself scoffing the lot :p:o

We're really lucky we live near a retail park that has as many restaurant chains as shop. Nando's, Frankie and Bennies, Bella Italia, Chiquitos etc. The little town we live in also has loads of really nice independent restaurants :)

  • Hello everyone, I ve just been reading through the last few pages and its so reassuring to see people are having the same worries and niggles as me. Im amazed how tired I feel all the time and feeling sick all the time is really draining. Im sure it will all be worth it though :)
Im 9weeks with our first, and I am just dying to have a scan and know that everything is ok and that Im not just imaginging it all!!
MW says scan could be scheduled anywhere between 11 and 14 weeks and I am so hoping it is soon - we have twins running strongly in our family too so thats another worry! Eek!

  • She is in the Manc area, so I suspect so.

We don't have anything decent either round where I live, well maybe we do about 20 miles away but that is not near enough.

I need some inspiration for tea tonight, I have completely gone off meat. Fajitas are on the menu but the thought of having to go and buy chicken is turning my stomach :(

Beans on toast it is again then, one of my five a day at least lol. OH is working late so just me and DS to sort, although he has tea at nursery so just often has a snack.
