    Hello everyone.
I should be 7 weeks in 2 days.
Is anyone constantly knicker-checking like me?! as soon as i feel a bit of wetness (TMI! sorry!) i HAVE to go and check, it's so annoying and i wish i could relax.
What the doctor said a couple of weeks ago is still playing on my mind, he was just so horrible.. apparently i shouldn't worry about booking the appointments, if i'm not pregnant by that time i can cancel them! no worries eh?
Work is being a bit bad at the moment, i'm just so shattered all the time, i just want to sleep! I haven't had morning sickness after thursday when i had to call in sick BUT i have had bad nausea after every single meal every day. Most times it hits whilst i'm eating and i cannot finish my food :(

fingers crossed everything is fine, fraz x

alizee I constantly knicker-check too, it is hard to relax. THere is so much CM in the early weeks there is a lot of checking to do! SO I know how you feel but don't know how to feel better about it.

Alizee - same here - I check all the time! There are so many things to worry about - sometimes I worry about all my various symptoms, about being sick, about not being able to sleep and so on - and on a good day when I don't have any nausea for a couple of hours and don't feel too tired, I worry that I'll go for my scan and there'll be nothing there, as surely I should be having more symptoms?!..... It really is hard to relax about these things - we can only hope that things get better as our pregnancies progress. Sorry to hear the doctor was horrible - that really doesn't help :( Just try to relax and look after yourself - although I know that's easier said than done :) Big ((hug)) to you.

PS: You're only 2 days behind me - I was 7 weeks yesterday. We can be bump buddies!

    xx

Lisa, i bet like me you wish you hadn't wanted more symptoms, I am sooo fed up of feeling sick, I can not find anything I fancy eating and am just making the effort for baby. Have a work lunch to go to on Friday at a lovely restaurant - such a waste! Still, at least it should mean its all going well in there so its worth it.

I'm quite lucky that mine isn't putting me off my food, although I am more picky than usual and find it hard to know what I fancy. For me I feel much better if I eat something so I just keep filling my face lol!! This week feel more able to eat healthier stuff though which is good as I was starting to worry about how much weight I was going to put on.

Hi ladies I have never posted in this section before but could anyone give me your advice/outcomes please ???

I got my bfp on 20th august 1-2 weeks on a digital and a faint line on frer now last night i went toilet before bed and i wiped myself and there was blood so i was worrying so I put a pad on for in the night and I didnt bleed so I rang EPU today see if I could have a scan and theys said I need to be referred so my doctor has referred me for a scan on wednesday.

When I come home there was a patch of blood it was like brown I think like old blood and ever since (upto yet) I have not had any blood on my knickers but everytime I wipe myself there is bright red blood!

Also the other day when I was in bed I noticed patches of blood all over my bed from where I had slept but I was not worried because I didnt have any pains.

Now I am sooo worried :( I am bleeding bright red blood when I go the toilet everytime I wipe myself ive got a stomach ache but nothing really painful just uncomfortable I cant eat because I am worried ive got a banging headache too!

Has anyone else bled in there pregnancy and everythings gone ok? Also a strange question but why do I only bleed when I wipe myself?!

    Thanks x

Congrats on your BFP, like Emsbet said, I also wondered if it could be a UTI as you are only getting the blood when you wee. They are very common in pregnancy. Glad to hear you have a scan sorted, if you mention at the time that you only get the blood when you wee then they will probably get you to do a urine sample and check it out for you.
  • Happy birthday Emsbet, hope you have a lovely day :0)

fraz_babe, I hope your scan goes well tomorrow, as a couple of the other girls have said UTI's are very common in pregnancy and do quite often contain blood (I used to get them when I was younger) Does it sting when you wee and do you sometimes feel like you need to go but nothing comes out? If it is a UTI they are simple enough to treat. I know its easier said than done but try and stay calm x

I am off to Silverstone with my other half tonight as he has a full days driving experience there starting at 8 tomorrow. It was an early birthday present I bought before my BFP that I um'd and ah'd over getting him (extremely expensive!!) glad I booked it early, as if he hadn't done it now he would have had to wait till April and I think at almost full term it would have been too much for me to stand and watch all day.

Thanks for all the spot advice, I guess I'll just have to wait it out and do my best not to pick :0(
  • Happy Birthday emsbet !! :j:j Hope you have a lovely day !

My eldest little baby is 8 tomorrow, cant believe how quickly the time has flown  he told me this morning he is all grown up now he is going to be 8 :rotfl:

Got some good news in the post this morning, my downs test results show a 1 in 5000 odd chance or how ever they term it so one less thing to worry about :D

    Hope all are well !
