It was me, worrying as usual! :o Thanks for the reassurance. I'm just feeling the least pg I have in ages. I know it will probably cone back though.

I really want to get a heart monitor for when i am far enough along to listen but DH doesn't want me to as he thinks if will make me worry and be more obsessive than usual. I think it will help relax me.

    xx

I can understand why you are stressing! Some people just have very few symptoms at all anyway (hate em!). I am 22 weeks now (today!) and my 2 best mates are currently 2.5 weeks ahead, and 4 weeks behind, and neither of them has been sick at all, and every time i see them, they say how much they love being PG! I cant say i've hated it, but i was so ill from +4 days to 18weeks, that i've come close!

RE: doppler. Well some hospitals/midwives really warn against it, as it really can be hard to find beanies heart beat when they are smaller, and even when they are bigger when they are positioned badly, and then people panic that something is wrong. If you think you are going to be a panic if/when you can't hear it type of person, then i would agree with your DH that its not a good idea. I couldnt pick beanies heart with any reliability until probably 20 weeks, and nowt before 16 weeks, but cos of my belly padding i knew that was probably why, so i didnt panic. If you think you can not panic, then go for it, otherwise, avoid! It will only stress you out more!

tink.. the hormone as you know is more concentrate in the morning and the digital tests are far from the most sensitive so it is quite normal for afternoon tests to say not in the early weeks. Another reason I prefer the good old trusty.. 2 lines.

I did about 1000 tests with this one.. I was so horrified I didnt believe them.. if I had got 1 which said negative I would have believed that one regardless what the other 999 said lol

Thanks PP - Your last sentance is TOTALLY how I feel :o:o

    Im second .... scary!!

Hope you guys are all ok. I had a awful day at work, basically my job is a 37 hr full time post, but it is split between 2 service areas which will both be reviewed. I am hoping that at least one review starts soon as I would feel so much better knowing I am going on ML with a job!! But they just seem to be dragging thier feet so much, I dont think that these senior managers actually realise how stresful it is not knowing from one day to the next if your job is safe...arghhh:(

Rant over... :) going to cinemas later, that should cheer me up. x

Tinkwings, I'm sure the others are right and its just the difference in concentration of hormones due to being so early still.

Tinkwings and Laura.....we all have the same due date! How exciting!!!

Was just reading back and seems a lot of you are referring to your beanies as males, funnily enough me and the other half have started referring to ours as the little man :p

Ours is referred to as the little squirt!!! DH's idea and I think its sooooo cute!!!

I've not really got anything I can deffo say is a symptom yet. I've had a bit of nausea, a bit of weeing, a bit of extra thirst and I feel tired but all are things that i could just be noticing more due to thinking about it more!!!
