Less than 12 weeks pregnant club! 2

Hi all !

First midwife appt went really well, just a whole ton of paperwork so nothing interesting ! she said that this area is now doing things a little differently from my last time, the 10-12 week scan is delayed until 13-14 weeks and they do a nuchal fold scan which combined with a blood test gives a more accurate Down syndrome indicator result. Good news being they give you the results there and then so no waiting.

Ive also been told no home birth for me, which is not something I would consider anyway.

I wont now see her until 16 weeks. She gave me my pregnancy pack which had the form for the first bounty pack in, which was good timing as I took a trip to a sainsbury's today to get a uniform shop and there was a £5 off voucher in the pack I collected which was put to good use !

Tinkwings try not to worry I'm sure your test will be showing a nice BFP again in the morning.

I've been a bit weepy this evening so when DH went to the shop he came back with smoothies, fresh orange juice, quadruple chocolate cookies, two bars of Green & Blacks and two bouquets of flowers just for me When I saw it all I burst into tears again! He's such a sweetie, I'm so lucky to have him

Me an OH off to Reading Festival for a weekend of camping - seemed like a great idea at the time of booking..

Pip is 5+3 today and it will be her festival :-)

Am I the only one that hasn't joined every baby club going yet?
I wanted to get past the 12 weeks scan before signing up to them all a little silly of me perhaps but I can't help it.
