  • Morning all!

How's everyone feeling today? I had my dr's appointment last night which was fine - she said congratulations then filled in a form to refer me to my chosen hospital. I was out of there in under 10 minutes! Easy peasy. Quick question though - if I want to have the baby in a MW led unit attached to the hospital (providing it's uncomplicated, obviously), at what point do I need to let them know?

DH was out last night watching the football and seeing DSS (who stays with MIL on Sun & Mon nights for childcare), and came in at about 10.30 by which point I was almost asleep on the sofa. I think he was a bit miffed that I wasn't more excited to see him and then wanted to go to bed! I also did a pregnant lady supermarket shop last night - I bought snack packs of prunes, ginger oatcakes and spring greens. Odd.

I think you can change your mind about where you want to have your baby at any stage but that if you do you may need to have another booking in appointment.
This page might help - theres a bit at the bottom that says you can change at any stage http://www.nhs.uk/Planners/pregnancycareplanner/Pages/Birthoptions.aspx

I've had that too. It's not too bad but I have some spots on my face, chest and back. I expected it though as I started with that last time and also I used to get it when I was on the pill.

I picked one up from my doctors surgery but you can get them from boots and sainsburys too. I'll rpobably join them all too, I'll need all the money off coupons :rotfl:

My tummy is hurting still. Has felt like AF pains for the last few days :( I have actually lost a bit of weight too, gone from 8.6 on saturday to 8.3 yesterday. I havent had any sickness so I guess its the beanie using up all the calories I eat.

Will have to look for the bounty packs! I joined Mothercare because they apparantly send you quite a few vouchers!

I still get AF pains now - it's just your uterus stretching ready for beanie to grow.
