Congrats Hulagirl - my sickness was really bad for the beginning of this week, was more like all day sickness really. But it seems to be waring off a bit now, I actually managed to keep my breakfast down this morning which is an achievement!Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -
Morning everyone! I've been a bit quiet this week but wanted to remind you all to LOOK AFTER YOURSELVES. If you feel tired or below par then REST. Your body is doing a lot at the moment and it's not surprising that you may not be able to do everything you did before.0

I'm 5+1 today. Yesterday went out for lunch had a (well-done) steak sandwich but came over all queasy! Also got quite snappy at my oh last night - ooops!!
Feeling good today although am taking it nice & easy.
Hope everyone is having a good weekend

Well I had first midwife appointment today! Seems she couldn't do much as she doesn't cover the hospital I want to be booked into. Need to call the docs tomorrow and try and get a referral and hope for the best as apparently they put a cap on bookings there! But felt official at least and I know what I need to do next. xxWandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...0

Morning ladies
Firstly - hello to Hulagirl - massive congrats on your BFP! :j
Ecoelle - good luck for your scan - hope all goes well and your bubs looks incredibly cute for you! Let us know how it goes.
Twil1ght - good advice!! :T
Well, 10+3 for me today. Really struggling to find work tops to cover my bulging belly - I really don't want to tell anyone yet and I also don't want them to think I'm fat. Also don't want to be spending on clothes either - wish I could hibernate for the next 2 weeks.....
Have a good day girlies, and take it easy.

Morning everyone,
8 + 1 for me today. I'm actually quite worried now, last week I couldnt keep anything down with sickness and felt nauseous all day everyday. Today, absolutly nothing, I know I should be glad of not feeling ill but I cant help worry that something is wrongBiggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -

Hey - don't worry. I've not had queasiness for a few weeks now either - in fact my appetite is here with a vengence (sp)! I've already had my breakfast and a packet of crisps this morning - considering scoffing my sandwiches too!!
It is unnerving though, but I hear the sickness is from the high level of pg hormones and bubs taking what he needs from you. As pg progresses, the placenta takes over and that's when the sickness stops. As long as no bleeding, tummy cramps etc, no worrying!
(Easier said than done, I know, I wonder everyday if bubs is in there - wish he'd let me know!)

morning all, nice to see some new names, pigpen, cara and moneysavingmamma, to name a few, when are you due dates?
good luck ecoella, i'm sure your scan will go fantastic. i've never heard babies heart beat at scan, from what i remember it further along in pregnancies midwife does it, maybe from 20 week's. i think it somethign to do with until baby a certain size it hard to pick up so they don't do it until later on, otherwise we'd all panic at not being able to hear it. when there isn't any problem. photos are alot of money i think £3 each but your buy 2 get the 3rd free at our hospital, so remember to take cash.
i'm now 14+1. still not feeling preg and feels weird moving over to next thread. but i will do in next couple of day. I've found a couple of cute sleeping babgs for baby on ebay. so i'm hoping if i win them it might sink in i'm having a baby, lol. bit early for me to start buying but i wan't it to start to feel real soon. and hoping that will help.
hope everyone else is feeling ok, and if you have older children enjoying the half term. Raining here , so good day to have a day home, plus my new washing machine is coming today so waiting in for that.0
