AFM - Called about my mystery appointment today. The woman was lovely. It'll be my 12 week scan and booking appointment in 1. They said come with a full bladder and I'll be there for well over an hour. Get there with a full bladder - really?! I'll be desperate if I have to wait even 5 mins past the appointment!! :rotfl:
DH has been round the house and scrubbed it from top to bottom today! Clearly my moodiness this weekend worked! He's so proud, bless him - keeps showing me things he's cleaned and tidied up!

I never went with a full bladder. I had a wee before leaving the house.. 10 minute drive .. sit and wait for at least half an hour.. first thing the sonographer says.. go empty your bladder..

MV .. give them some stories to read before bed say quiet time now grandad read stories.. it might work

On my notes for the scan it actually said 'you do not need a full bladder.' And I didnt. I wonder why each hospital tells people different stuff?

Anyway I just popped in to say good luck MV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AFM I managed to get scanned today - saw a 5mm embryo with perfect 120 bpm heartbeat! I feel like its a proper pregnancy now it's 'viable'. Just got to get through the next 6 weeks now to get to same point as MV!

My understanding is - abdominal scan - full bladder, TV scan (dildocam) - empty bladder.
Not that it takes much to have a full bladder when you're pregnant!
