Evening everyone
Congrats Winnie and any other newbies xxx I have a 9 year old son and it all seems like such a long time ago! Have also had 3 early losses in the last couple of years so am very nervous. I'm hoping the next 6 weeks go very quickly!
Ecoelle, I was bunged up until I drank some prune juice. Sorted me out within 2 hours! Think I drank a bit too much as the results were rather, er, drasticFeel much better today though.

Was the prune juice vile, Portsmouth Ali? I need something but I'm not sure I stomach that! :lipsrsealTotal Original Debt: £30404.24

Hi all - can I join please?
I actually found out I was pregnant last Thursday, but am only 4+4 today. I was pregnant in August but had a mc at 4+6, so am a bit nervous this time. When I think back I only tested around now last time and the line was very faint - whereas this time I'm testing every day(!) and the line is very dark so I'm hoping that's a good sign!
I have 2 children aready aged 8 and 19 months - I've been having a little look at double buggies but DH has told me not to look at anything yet - we're both apprehensiveSealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0 -

Morning ladies!
Hi to all the newbies :j there's so many in just a few days!
Quick update from me (well, I'll try to be quick):
Went to the hospital Monday morning and they saw me straightaway. Did a scan and bean was jumping about all over the place - phew! Can't tell you what a relief. Then I had an internal (yuck) and they took blood. Seems my old cervical erosion might be playing up, but was told to rest for a few days and keep an eye on it (ha!).
They phoned me later that day to say my blood had shown that I'm Rhesus negative so I had to go in on Tuesday for an injection. I'll have to get another shot each time I have a procedure or a bleed.
So: always report a bleed, if it's red or brown, you never know: YOU might be Rhesus negative too!
The nurses were absolutely lovely and apart from the paperwork mixup my faith in the NHS staff (if not the system) is restored.
I probably won't get a scan at my booking appointment now, but that's ok. I've been told I'm just over 12 weeks, EDD 18th August. So I probably should head over to the "big" thread, but it's so nice and cosy around hereI struggle to keep up with you guys, so I'm a bit daunted to move. Think I'll loiter for a while longer.
Hope everyone has a good day, sticky dust all around!0 -
I had my blood test results back and I think I'm rhesus negative too... can't find the damn letter at the minute to be sure though. What does it mean if you are?Wife and mother :jGrocery budget

Hi girls, a big fat welcome to Pinkpig - yay and congrats!! Great to see you over here!
Only a flying visit for now but hope to jump on again later. Hope you all have a good day x0 -
Hi all,
Feeling awful today - my first so far! I'm 7 weeks exactly tomorrow & seeing the midwife later this morning for the first time so working from home at the mo. Although I had a 2 hour lie-in this morning I think I overdid it yesterday as I felt I had sooo much energy. I always feel a bit sick in the morning as I'm usually starving (had no morning sickness at all yet) but today I can't even eat to make myself feel better, I'm hot, got an upset stomach (no bunging up here!) & feel sick. Must remember to take it easy even when I feel I don't need toTrouble is hubby is away most of the time so I have to do everything myself anyway.
Told my parents last weekend and they're made up which surprised me a bit as my Mom is usually so negative. I also told my boss on Monday as I had to have more time off for another Drs appointment - she was fab about it and I think more excited than me! :rotfl:
Anyway, hope you're all well & keeping sticky beans safe
C xx0
